And now, as Neighbourgood continues to grow, we’re excited to be taking the next step.
We’re looking for a Junior Executive to join our team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is passionate about communications, social impact, and creative ideas. The role will support a wide range of work across Neighbourgood – from developing social media content and supporting client projects to helping organise events, coordinating partnerships, and contributing ideas that help businesses and charities work better together.
It’s a varied role and no two days will be the same.
You will be:
- Helping organise community events or volunteering initiatives
- Coordinating projects and keeping client work on track
- Researching charities and organisations doing inspiring work
- Helping build relationships between businesses and community partners
- Contributing creative ideas for campaigns and partnerships
- Supporting social media content and storytelling for Neighbourgood and our partners
- Supporting administrative and operational tasks that keep things running smoothly
At Neighbourgood we believe great work comes from curious people who care about communities and want to make a positive difference.
You don’t need to have years of experience – but you do need to be enthusiastic, organised, and excited about working across communications, partnerships and social impact.

We’re offering a salary of £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience, along with the opportunity to learn directly from experienced communications professionals and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business.
